Shimla Pinks were nominated along with 30 other restaurants to take part in the prestigious annual Leicester Curry Awards. After a conversation with owner Meeten, who stressed the importance of winning the Best Fine Dining Restaurant category, we designed a digital marketing strategy that would encourage previous customers to visit the Leicester Curry Awards website and vote for Shimla Pinks.
In the three-week run up the event we executed several cost-effective advertising techniques to reach 33,450 relevant people in the Leicester area, 573 of whom clicked through to the voting page. On the 23rd of April Shimla Pinks won the highly regarded Best Fine Dining Restaurant Category – highlighting the importance of a well thought digital marketing strategy in achieving business goals.
