For occasions such as special Bank Holiday Sunday menus, separate email blasts aside from regular newsletters have been sent out. Emails containing CTAs linking directly to booking pages, delivered straight to customers’ inboxes, are useful in quickly and reliably booking out one off occasions such as these. With an open rate 10% higher than the industry average, the team have reported excellent levels of reservations for these nights, selling out Bank Holiday Sundays and other special services with the clear support of click-throughs from email marketing.
