Zaap - Case Study - Digital Marketing for Restaurant ?

Digital marketing for Zaap drives the street food revolution.

Zaap Thai Street Food enlisted our help when opening their second venue in Nottingham.  A bold, colourful street food brand, Zaap’s audience profile ties in closely with the flexibility and vibrancy that social media marketing allows.  By the time Zaap Nottingham opened, we had already built a 3,500-strong fan base on Facebook which lead to a hugely successful opening night.  Our ongoing collaboration with the brand since opening meant that Zaap Nottingham has maintained its momentum and is consistently outperforming revenue projections.  With queues out the door a common occurrence, the restaurant is widely recognised as one of the city’s most thriving foodie destinations.

Since Zaap Nottingham’s opening, we have further extended our working relationship with the Zaap Thai Street Food brand.  We now additionally support Zaap Leeds, Newcastle’s recent launch and Zaap’s sister brand Sukhothai with Facebook, Twitter, email marketing and more.
